1 Introduction

hi666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") operates an online sports betting and casino gaming platform available at hi666.io, primarily serving players located in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between hi666 and each registered user ("you", "the Player", "the User"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with hi666, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, betting and gaming activity, account termination, and dispute resolution.

By accessing the hi666 platform through any device — desktop, mobile browser, or home-screen shortcut — and by completing the account registration process, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you accept all terms and conditions set out herein without reservation. 2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on hi666, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You do not currently hold another active or previously suspended account on hi666;
• You are not on any self-exclusion register that would prohibit your participation in online gambling;
• You have not been excluded from the hi666 platform previously and had your exclusion overturned;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, and you are not operating a syndicate, consortium, or organised group that is pooling funds through a single account.

hi666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by hi666 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account on hi666, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account suspension.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on hi666 at any given time. If hi666 detects that a player has created or is operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — all accounts may be suspended, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any net winnings derived from bonus play across duplicate accounts may be voided. hi666 uses technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate account activity.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hi666 will treat any action carried out using your account credentials as an action authorised by you. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);

5.2 Wagering Requirements

For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

hi666 operates active monitoring for bonus abuse. Behaviour identified as constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk matched betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering turnover — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date or expiry period from the date of credit, after which any unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be automatically removed from the account. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of bonus expiry dates as communicated in the relevant promotion terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on hi666 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. hi666 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on markets that have been suspended, where technical errors have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet forms part of a coordinated attempt to exploit pricing errors.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets on hi666. These limits are displayed on each market prior to bet placement and may vary by sport, event, market type, and account tier. hi666 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits where a player's betting pattern is identified as potentially harmful to the integrity of the Platform's markets.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the player in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being abandoned or postponed beyond the permitted rescheduling period; the market being suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a technical error; the odds displayed being manifestly incorrect; or where the relevant sporting authority retroactively changes the result due to rule infringement or disqualification.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play markets are available for a limited time and odds change rapidly in response to match events. hi666 may delay or suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion. 7 Casino & Games

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the hi666 platform without the prior written consent of hi666. Unauthorised use of hi666 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hi666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible loss, even if hi666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hi666's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hi666 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for any loss arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, connectivity issues, or service interruptions outside of hi666's reasonable control.

11 Privacy & Data

hi666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hi666 uses your data to operate and improve the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, communicate with you about your account, and fulfil its regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations.

hi666 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform and maintains player funds in segregated accounts. hi666 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 12 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law & Disputes

In the event of a dispute between you and hi666 regarding any aspect of your account, a transaction, or a game outcome, you should first raise the matter with the hi666 customer support team by contacting [email protected]. hi666 aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and to provide a full written response within 14 business days.
